Training for alarm system technique
From the beginning of March.., the Customer Service (After-sale) Department has carried through
a training for system technique for 1 month in order to strengthen the professional level for
technical staffs ,step up the efficiency of after sales,upgrade the satisfaction of customers
and insure the future of customers service work a further progress.
The sales of product have an upward trend at present in China and it needs talents urgently who
have professional and business experience. Therefore, this training pays further attention to
new product and note with new features. The content of this training includes not only the
traditional training of kingeye security product but also plus the training of IP camera Item
product. The instructor is engineer Hardy who is the general engineer of customer service department.
Beginning with the most basic principle ,the training will instruct from system analyses,
product analyses and new features to actual installation and cabling in large compound .
